Rest ReFocus and ReEngage
We're glad you're here.
Based in Fate, TX, The Pastor’s Refuge is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping pastors and their spouses and ministry leaders from all denominations anywhere in the world rest, refocus, and re-engage.
Our mission is to provide Christian pastors, ministry and business leaders a place to rest from the real and difficult work of planting, pastoring, and leading churches by fostering soul care, curating community, developing resources, and continuing a dialogue on healthy ministry.
In short: We want to help ministry leaders live well and finish strong.

The Challenge
Across the church landscape, we are facing a soul care and mental health crisis.
Studies show that as many as 42% of pastoral leaders report suffering from burnout.
Without relief or solutions, many leave vocational ministry altogether. With each exit, they leave an immediate void and rippling repercussions felt across churches, families and communities.
The Pastor’s Refuge exists to provide urgent relief, support and resources to our ministry leaders, so they can live well and finish strong.

Here's how we can help.
The Pastor’s Refuge is here to help pastors from every church, anywhere in the world. Our mission includes supporting and serving our ministry leaders' spouses, partners and families.
Restoration - mind, body and soul - begins with a hard reset and much-deserved rest. The Pastor’s Refuge journey begins with one of our unique retreats, our signature four-day experience designed to help you rest, while connecting with like-minded ministry leaders.
Following the retreat, you will be invited to connect with your newfound support network through our Encounter Connections which meet virtually monthly, these small groups provide ongoing growth, learning and encouragement.
We want you to live well and finish strong as you flourish in your place of ministry.
