Find Rest Here

The Pastor's Refuge is a place for pastors who just need a break or are struggling with isolation, loneliness and burnout. In our experience, rest and rejuvenation go hand and hand.

The Pastor's Refuge offers plenty of ways to unplug and play. Whether it’s:

  • Fishing
  • Trap Shooting
  • Playing Golf
  • Whitetail Deer Hunting (Seasonal)
  • Massage Therapy
  • Working a puzzle
  • Reading a book
  • Playing cornhole or various other fun opportunities
  • Or just taking a nap

Choose your own adventure with days that are yours to spend in whatever way restores and renews you. At night we will gather around the table or eat a meal and share experiences, stories, and life with new friends.

Entirely yours to make your own, our hope for each retreat guest is that they leave us lighter - taking home new friendships, fresh resources and lifelong support.
The best part: it’s free.

Kind Words

"There is something about getting away from it all and reconnecting with nature that brings balance to your life. It’s a time to be still, to process, and to refocus on the things that are really important. The only things that makes the outdoor experience better is to go with people that you love to spend time with.

Every time I get the opportunity to go on a hunt or fishing trip with Chris I jump on the opportunity. I always know that we are going to hunt a lot, eat some really good food, and laugh more times than any one person could ever count. Thanks Chris for being such a great friend, always having a listening ear, and consistently providing a great hunt time and time again."
